Briary Point Farm: Prescribed Fire Services and Invasive species Control
Sustainable solutions provided complete prescribed fire services to this private landowner located in Cecil county MD. Our fire crew burned 5 acres of warm season grass for the client in the spring of 2007. In addition, we coordinated to have 25 acres of phragmite, an invasive wetland species, aerial sprayed. We have mapped the infestations, and are arranging the cost share for the landowner to cover the costs of the work. The spraying will take place in the Fall of 2009.
